Shipping Policy

1) Order Processing Times

  • In-stock items: ship within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Custom color orders: made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks total for production + shipping.

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking is emailed once your order leaves our studio.

2) Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Carrier & methods: USPS with Flat Rate and Expedited options shown at checkout.

  • Transit times: begin after the 2–3 business-day processing window for in-stock items.

  • PO Boxes: Choose a USPS method if shipping to a PO Box.

3) International Shipping

  • Carrier: UPS for reliable tracking.

  • Service levels (examples):

    • Standard: approx. 5–7 business days (example flat rate $22).

    • Expedited: approx. 2 business days (example flat rate $57).
      Actual rates/availability are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.

  • VAT/Duties: Unless pre-collected at checkout, import VAT/duties are charged by customs at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs processing: Border inspections can cause delays outside our control. Please include a valid email and phone number at checkout for customs notifications.

4) Custom Orders (Color Requests)

  • Timeline: Custom color noses are made to order; expect up to 2 weeks total (production + shipping).

  • Color matching: We match your requested HEX as closely as possible; small, hand-made variations in tone/finish are normal and not considered defects.

  • Glitter: Not customizable on custom orders.

5) Tracking, Delivery & Address Changes

  • Tracking: Provided via email when your order ships.

  • Address changes: Email support@rednosefactory.com ASAP. If your order has shipped, rerouting may not be possible.

  • Missed deliveries/RTS: We can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.

6) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost/late: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days (domestic) or 14+ business days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

  • Damaged on arrival: Email photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
